Truck drivers know other truck drivers. You are our eyes and ears out on the road, so if you meet an awesome driver we want to hear about it! We have current openings for Sioux Falls trucking jobs and we are actively seeking great drivers! Here are the details of our Refer a Friend program.

If you are a K&J employee and you refer a friend to us and they end up being a driver we will reward you! If the candidate you refer meets the following requirements, K&J will purchase a Visio 40" Smart TV just for you!

Candidates Must Meet the Following Requirements:

• Pass the background check

• Get past training (if required) and get in their own truck (but there is no minimum amount of time they have to work before you get your reward!)

Reminder

We have heard feedback from our drivers in the past that they have been reluctant to suggest friends or acquaintances in case they don't work out. We make sure that all candidates go through an extensive screening process to ensure that K&J is the right fit for them; and if a candidate doesn't work out for whatever reason, we will never hold it against you.
