We are hosting our quarterly driver meetings next week, December 17th through 21st from 11:30 to 1:30. During this time we invite all of our drivers to come and eat a delicious meal with us and talk shop! This will be a great time for new prospective drivers to meet our staff and drivers and see if K & J is the right fit for you.
What Can I Expect?
Beyond the delicious food you can expect to meet current K & J truck drivers and staff members. You will have the opportunity to ask questions, learn from their experience, and get advice on your prospective career.
We decided to open up our driver lunches to interested drivers because it is a great way for you to quickly understand our culture.
If you want to talk about the financials of getting into the business, we'll have people waiting for you who can help. If you want to know what it's actually like out on the road, we'll have experienced drivers who can answer any of your questions. If you want to become an owner operator or independent contractor (or even if you want to know what those things mean), we'll have the answers for you.
